Janice M. Kelley joined GW Randall & Associates in January 2014. She has over 35 years in human resources experience including recruiting, training, performance management, benefits, payroll, safety, and compliance and is a graduate of the Heald College Accounting Program.
As Manager of Operations, Janice supports Greg with day-to-day business and she also supports Toni on any human resources related tasks.
Janice is a Sonoma County native. She lives with her husband in Rohnert Park. She enjoys spending time traveling to visit her three daughters and seven grandkids and exploring the many local hiking trails with her husband, family and friends. When not exploring local trails, Janice relishes a good mystery novel or, taking in many of the North Bay sites and community activities.
